We provide good faith, fair market values and quick payment schedules for all purchased material. Land Manke Lumber currently owns and manages a sustained yield tree farm of approximately 50,000 acres and is constantly looking to buy additional properties for this program. We purchase timberlands of all varieties from young reproduction to fully mature forests. We pay competitive market prices and are flexible on terms of the agreement. We offer a comprehensive buying service from estimates, to land management strategies, to logging, trucking, and scaling. Logs We purchase logs at any one of our three scale facilities located in Shelton, Tacoma, and Sumner. We buy loads with mixed sizes, species, lengths and grades.
